Poster Presentation

LMT2022 provides the chance to learn from some of the greatest minds and leaders in the light materials technologies industry, and is a particularly valuable opportunity for students, young professionals or anyone who is new to the industry.

One particularly valuable aspect of the biennial Light Materials Technology conference is the Poster Session. This provides you with a chance to better understand the substantial volume of academic and technical research that is being undertaken in Australia’s light materials technology industry.

Each technical poster that is displayed will be accompanied by its academic creator. This gives attendees the opportunity to discuss the specific research and ask in-depth questions. Additionally, this session is not only an incredibly valuable learning opportunity, it also provides a networking opportunity, enabling attendees to share their expertise with their colleagues.

Throughout the session, light refreshments will be available.

Tips for Creating Your Poster

There is no specific poster template; however, you should aim for it to be A0 (841mm x 1189mm).

Additionally, visual aids can help to clarify information and the results of your work. This may include diagrams, charts, figures, and illustrations. Avoid simply presenting a poster that is plain text. Your poster should be colourful, eye-catching, well-labelled and clear.
